We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your selection you must e-mail us at info@jazpizaz.com within 7 days of receipt. Please have your invoice ready so we can obtain the information required to process your return. All items must be returned in their original condition meaning that the wrap/package must not be tampered with or opened. All returns must be unopened and in their original condition.For your protection we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment. After receipt of the returned item we will process a refund of the original purchase price. Sorry we cannot refund the original cost of shipment. Please make sure that the original packaging is intact. If we find upon inspection it has been tampered with we may have to institutute a recovery cost to allow the item to be re-sellable to our other clients as a new item. Please allow 7 days from the time we receive your item to process your return. We will notify you by e-mail on the complete status of your return request.
